Shipping policy

Free USPS Priority Shipping on all order of $60 or more. (U.S. only)

Our current order processing time is 3-4 business days. (Orders are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays.) Orders placed after 4 p.m. EST will be counted with the next day's orders.

 

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, being that said order hasn't shipped. 

 

Once your order has been shipped, USPS Priority has a delivery window of 1-3 days for U.S. domestic orders. USPS First Class has a delivery window of 1-5 days for U.S. domestic orders. 

 

Once your package is in possession of the shipping company (USPS) we (Herbal Nuance) are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is delayed or goes missing, we'll try our hardest to work with the shipping company to locate said package. However, we are not responsible for your lost item or refunding your money.
